Ashton loves the pool and kinda freaks us out how fearless he is of water so we put him in swim lessons a few weeks ago.
The class they offered for a two year old were the mommy and me class.
He was bored.
They blew bubbles and sang songs, I wouldn't blame him.
The instructor took notice that he was too advanced for it and told us to come to the more advance class.
He's the youngest student in the class by a few years and doesn't cry when the instructors tell him to jump in.
Although they get after him for going underwater too much and not staying on the wall they love him and call him crazy every time he comes to class.
Mainly because he is.
I really am amazed at him because he holds his breath really well, is starting to do backflips in the water, and he'll actually swim a short distance on his own.
I seriously think he could be an olympic gold metallist if he keeps this up.
Ashton's class.
Notice he's the only one not on the wall... He doesn't waste his 30 min of swim lessons. He's got to be swimming every min. :)

Thats awesome! Again, we went through the same thing. Except we had to stay in mommy and me the whole time. It was lame for both of us!
ReplyDeleteGood job, Ashton! You rock!
